What I hold
and what I do with it

One form, six fields, and a short list of places they go. Read it before you send a brief — it should take a minute.

Who is responsible
Edita Mackaj, trading as @wanderlustwithedi, is the data controller for everything described here. This site is wanderlustwithedi.com. Any question about the data held on you can go to editamackaj@gmail.com.
What the collaboration form collects
Six fields, all of them ones you type: your name, your email address, the property or brand you represent, the budget or arrangement band you pick, the destination and dates you have in mind, and the message itself. Nothing else is captured — no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts and no tracking cookies run on any public page of this site.
Why I am allowed to hold it
Legitimate interest: you have written to a business asking about a commercial collaboration, and holding your details long enough to reply and to run the campaign is the ordinary consequence of that. It is business contact data given deliberately, not personal information collected in the background. If you would rather I did not keep it, say so and I will delete it.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in Supabase, a hosted Postgres service, on EU or US infrastructure. When notifications are switched on, a copy of the enquiry is also sent to me through Slack and by email through Resend, so that a message does not sit unread. Those three are the only sub-processors, all of them under contract, and the data is never sold, shared with other properties, or used to build a marketing list.
How long it is kept
Twenty-four months from our last contact, then deleted. Enquiries that become campaigns are kept for that period after the work concludes, because the agreement and the usage terms have to outlive the shoot.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to erase it. Write to editamackaj@gmail.com and I will action it within thirty days — usually the same week. No account, no form and no justification required; the email is enough. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Imagery, licensing and takedown
Every photograph and every frame of video on this site is my own work, shot by me, and remains my copyright. Licences granted to a property are set out in the agreement for that campaign — nothing here is free to reuse without one. If you believe an image, a name or a property shown on this site should not be here, write to editamackaj@gmail.com with the page and what you would like removed. I take those down first and discuss them after.

Anything here you want changed

A copy of your data, a correction, a deletion or a takedown — one email does all four, and it comes to me, not to a desk.
